As the founder and lead agent of Ark Realty Group, Noah Kragerud brings a deep, lifelong connection to the Portland area. Born and raised in Beaverton with extensive expertise across the west side neighborhoods, Noah combines local insight with a unique background in construction and contractor management, giving his clients a distinct advantage when evaluating property potential, value, and repairs.
Noah’s client-first approach, dedication to exceptional service, and natural humor have earned him over 500 five-star reviews. With over 15 years of experience, more than 900 homes sold, and a standing in the top 1% of Portland Metro Realtors, Noah specializes in seller representation, buyer advisory, and investment real estate as a Certified Residential Investment Specialist.
Behind the scenes, Noah’s wife, Heather, a Principal Broker with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, has driven the operations and marketing growth of the business since 2014, allowing Noah to stay entirely focused on his clients. Today, Ark Realty Group has expanded to include five expert sales agents and a dedicated Listing and Transaction Manager to ensure a seamless client experience from start to finish.
When he isn't working with clients, Noah lives in NW Portland with Heather and their two kids, Taylor and Colt. He is an avid sports fan and a proud supporter of Relay for Life, the Hillsboro School District, and the University of Oregon Athletic Program.
