February was a strong month for closed sales. Closed sales were up over January '18 as well as February of 2017. Homes continue to last a bit longer on the market with Days on Market increasing from an average of 60 to 69 days in February. Now is a great time to buy to beat the spring & summer rush of buyers and lock in a great rate as they are forecasted to creep up through the year. Inventory is down from January to February, but remains the same as February of 2017.
