June saw pending sales rise slightly compared to last year, but had a significant decrease from May. There was 12% fewer listings than May and 5% less than June of last year. Closed sales also saw a decrease from last year and from the month prior. In June, time on the market decreased to 42 days.

Both the average and medial sales prices saw slight increases when compared to last year’s prices.  With mortgage rates at their lowest levels in nearly a year and inventory rising, more buyers may be entering the market soon. If you have thought about listing your home, now is a great time to do so!
