June saw pending sales rise slightly compared to last year,
but had a significant decrease from May. There was 12% fewer listings than May and
5% less than June of last year. Closed sales also saw a decrease from last year
and from the month prior. In June, time on the market decreased to 42 days.
Both the average and medial sales prices saw slight
